Autonomous AP Client Reports

I'm monitoring a Cisco 1841 Router with an AP Module (autonomous AP). Although NPM is polling and recognizes the Radio interfaces, I cannot log any reports for wireless client history (current or 7-day history etc). All my Aruba Thin clients (different LAN, same NPM) log and report as expected. It's just this Cisco device that is not logging client history.

I also attempted to setup reports in a different environment (different NPM, different LAN etc) and discovered the same thing there that NPM was not reporting client history for Cisco 1142 Autonomous AP's.

Is there a limitation for Autonomous AP's and not being able to track connected clients?

Interesting - We are using Cisco 1240s and NPM has no problem with them including Client History. I believe your problem may be with the SNMP MIBs on the 1841 - If you do a SNMP walk on it, do you see any of the client stats?

I could not find anything pertaining to the client connected to the 1841. I have one active workstation connected via radio 0/0/0 but could not find any record of it via the walk.

I'm sorry to say that this is likely the answer , if it isn't an available OID then NPM can't do anything about it.
