Resource location change after upgrade?

Just got done upgrading NPM and my additional pollers, but now one of my resources in one of my views is not working. What worse, is that I cannot find where the report is located anymore. I thought it was a web report, but it's not listed there. New versions are Orion and Pollers 2015.1.3 and NPM 11.5.3. Anyone help where I can find the actual report so I can troubleshoot?

It's a build in resource, it's not a report that you can modify. Click on Customize Page and see if you can add this resource in again.
