License Upgrade

I recently purchased an upgrade from 100 to 250 licenses for Orion.

I'm assuming that the upgrade would be done just like any other version upgrade, i.e. run the EXE, uninstall previous installation, etc.

Is there an easier way to apply the license?

Also, how do you tell which service pack is installed for Orion?

The current SP should be listed in the footer of the Orion website. As for upgrading, yes just run the exe. and that should do it.

I'm in a similar situation. My questions is which .exe? I've got the SolarWinds-Orion-9.1-SL2000.exe and the Orion-9.1-Update.exe.

The SL2000 is the license upgrade. The Update.exe is the latest SP.

OK, great. So I'll run the SL2000 and, afterwards, if needs be, I'll do the SP update. Wonderful. Appreciate the help!
