Cisco WLC 4402 ver 5.2 - Orion does not pick up cpu/mem

Need to troubleshoot some issues and monitor cpu/mem on our Cisco Wireless Lan Controllers. Do I need to use a custom poller? Seems like these have been out for a long time now and Orion would know what OID to use. If I need to use a custom poller, what is the OID for cpu and mem? These wireless controllers are so hard to find in the Cisco mib lookup tool.

It appears that some controllers do not support the CISCO-PROCESS MIB OIDs we are using for polling the CPU. When we detect that we are successfully polling the CPU and memory of a device, we automatically hide those gauges.

For your reference we are using the 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.1.1.1.X OIDs for CPU. If you find your device is responding to these OIDs and is still not showing the CPU gauge, please let me know.

So is there an OID that gives this information? Can you check if an upgrade of the OS supports the MIB's?
