Has there been a fix for this issue?
I seem to have the same problem.... But to add to his question, I have been seeing "unknown" status beside the interface..
It also shows a flashing red to yellow to red icon.
IF SNMP was changed from SNMP to SNMPV1 (from version 8.1) Shy does Solarwinds detect a SNMP on a device but not the interface.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
I have the same issue, Win2k3 servers change to status unknown, even though they are showing as 'UP'... bizarre. Trying to find something to show that this is a Solarwinds issue, as our networks team thinks it is our Windows servers, but you don't get mass SNMP failure across a network, its unheard of...
Seems that there are more people affected by this than I first thought but I'm glad I'm not the only one having this!

I also have the same issue sporadically, specifically for windows servers(2K and 2K3). however when ever the NIC is showing "Unknown" status and blinking red and yellow I would restart SNMP on that box and it resolves it. I definitely would like to know if this is a bug or not?
I have the same issues with cisco devices, juniper devices, windows 2k3 server, etc. Very random in nature........
