Netflow version 3 instalation issue

How long does it take for the Netflow version 3 to load if you have a 69 GB database on Orion Version 9? Have there been any issues? I suspect the instalation has failed half way but do not see any signs of failure.

Our DB is around 200GB and it takes about 10 minutes to get through the Netflow setup.
