Orion Network Atlas Layout style

I am new to Network Atlas and have dragged a few nodes onto the map screen. If I select all the objects and then choose layout style, no matter which I choose, the nodes remain in a grid. I'd really like then to be in a circle. Obviously I am missing something basic... -Debbi

Has no one else tried the circular layout in Network Atlas?

The component used for the layout "thinks" of the map as of a connected graph. If there are no lines connected, there is no connected graph, and therefore no layout. I will put this as a feature request into our system.

Possible work-around for this is to connect all nodes with a line, then perform the circular layout, and then delete the lines.
