After upgrading to 9.5.0 sp 2 - Monitor Polling Engines Application fails to list services on polling egine (after a right click on engine)
Run-time error '403'
Class does not support Automation or does not support expected interface
I ran into this as well and opened a ticket. If you are running 2008 server, you have to turn off UAC (user account control).
go into control panel and select user accounts. select "turn user account control on or off".
