Net Path Services showing issue: " All Egress edges are in Warning state"

Hello All,

Just started setting up some netpath services between my network endpoints and I noticed this warning for my providers upstream device. I have been getting these all morning and last night. First time ever seeing this. ISP is saying everything is fine, but I noticed a lot of collisions on my Outside interface. I reset the statistics and haven't seen any other issues, but netpath is still showing the upstream device as being in a warning state.

Not sure what the message means and what to look into...

If you select the node, you should see an Issues section in the inspector that will give you the details of the issue. If it's related to packet loss or latency exceeding a threshold, you may want to manually adjust the thresholds to better suite your situation. Instruction can be found in this post:

Hi Rick,

That's the trouble. It's not reporting issues do to latency or packet loss. There are about 3 ISP devices in the path that will show a warning for: "All Egress edges are in Warning state".

In turn it causes confusion as it spews warning alerts. Not sure what "all egress edges are in a warning state" means.

Hi Rick,

what does it export exactly? The devices are internal devices for the ISP and I don't know if they would appreciate me giving out their ips.... Just being mindful. Would a screenshot suffice?
