I'm looking for a report that will show me which interfaces are configured as "display interface as unplugged rather than down".

Use the advanced selector, there are literally hundreds of properties to choose from in there
You can try something like this.
This will show all the interfaces that are currently unplugged but not the ones that are all unpluggable. I'm almost certain there is just a true false value you can reference on that same list of interface properties though, it'd be like unpluggable = true to get the master list.
Thanks, yeah I'm looking for a list that will show me if they've been configured as unpluggable - not ones that are currently "unplugged".
In the interface report, you can only do Full Name, Interface Type Description, Interface Type Name & Status which don't give me what I'm looking for.
