Hello,
I'm currently running Orion 9.5 SP5. I setup a new basic alert just to let me know when devices are rebooting so that we could have an email sent out to let us know when and how frequent this is happening. I want to clear or acknolwedge the Alerts after I have viewed them but the the boxes to the left of the alert are greayed out. I've been reading in this forum to find a solution and so far I have none. This seems like a pretty basic thing to do and not sure why the application will not allow this. Can someone help.
