Interfaces being re-aded automatically

Is this a normal occurrence every couple weeks or so? Maybe a rediscovery?

I have event messages(Interface Added) at two week intervals for every interface previously in NPM.

Can you give more info? Are they still in NPM or were they removed? Do you have NCM?

They are still in NPM but were never removed. Yes, we use NCM and they are integrated.
