Custom counters file view is out of memory.

Question

I found the following error in several Core.Collector.Jobs_[] logs. What does this mean?

Yes it'll help, but as I mentioned, this exception has no impact for NPM.

Will adding FileMappingSize to the registry remove this error?

Hello David,

It's known exception. We are using internally Windows Performance counters and they have by default set shared memory to 524,288 bytes which is not enough when we use it by multiple worker processes.

This exception is not critical
