Please, help me

I have a problem on the orion network performance sometimes a message appears and works freeze on the website and the server

How can I solve this problem ????????

Just wanted to let you know you aren't alone. I have seen this on different servers running 9.1 and 9.5. I also see it when I kick off something as simple as the Service Manager. I have yet to figure out what causes it or a fix. I usually just click on 'Don't send' and it let's me work.

I see it all the time and send them hoping that someone out there gets them and is working on a fix

As with others, I wanted to say you aren't alone. I've never opened up a ticket becuase the fix was always pretty simple, if a fix was even needed.
