Ponorama is being monitored with SNMP version 2.
I just took a look at the PA documentation for their SNMP MIB's, overall it looks like the kind of information you are asking for doesn't show up. You can get things like the HA state of the appliance and several local stats, but the panorama SNMP tree doesn't look like it includes information about related devices or anything like that. You might try to do an SNMP walk on your device to see if any of what it presents seems useful to you and you can create a custom UNDP poller to display that data in Orion.
Monitoring Panorama in Solarwinds just monitors the Panorama server, not all the firewalls it manages. You need to monitor each firewall individually to get the stats.
