Orion Website Error

 Hi,

when I logon (with default Admin account) to Orion NPM Website, I received following messages:

Orion Website Error An error has occurred with the Orion website. Additional Information You do not have permission to access this view.

Can I make some default settings for Admin view?

Can I make some default settings for Admin view?

There is no button to reset the Admin account settings. It is however possible to edit the settings in the database to modify the permissions of the account. I assume that no other accounts has admin rights to edit the account settings. If you do have another account created, then login with it and edit the Admin account settings.

I would suggest you to open a support ticket and to attach your diagnostics once received the ticket number as this requires to analyze few tables.

An alternative is to recreate a new database using the configuration wizard but that will delete all you other settings.
