You could create a map with custom icons to match those in the reference. The map background would be a stencil of the switch with the custom icons superimposed over the appropriate port.

As far as the switch chassis or front plate background is concerned, all you need is a JPEG or PNG image that you like. Save it to the following folder and you can add it as the Background image to the map:
\Users\Public\Pictures\NetworkAtlas Backgrounds
After that all you need to do is drag/drop the custom icon onto the correct location on the switch image.
