We are upgrading to NPM 12 but because of the versions and issues with our database not being our standard config we decided to build new servers and setup a fresh install of all the modules. The only problem with this is we have bandwidth history that we need as we share that info with out clients and cannot afford to lose it. So my question is can we leave our current server running with all the nodes configured and setup the new server side by side and add the same nodes that are on the old monitoring server. Will that cause any problems with both servers running. We would have alerts go to an individual account separate from the old server as to not get duplicate alert emails until the history captures enough data over time to be able to shut down the old server. Will this method cause issues with the nodes being polled by 2 different monitoring servers? Your help is very appreciated in this question. Thanks.
