It's controlled on a per-account basis. Go to the account management section of the website and edit the account that you want to have persistent sessions.

Yes, I know where to find the setting, but what value do I enter in the blank to disable the session timeout for a user account? Is it zero?

when you edit the account it will be a Yes or No.....
