Report for Devices Configure to forward syslog

Hi,

Need your help in creating report that will generate the following conditions;

1. All network devices only  that has logging configurations or forward syslog messages to NPM

2. All network devices only that are NOT forwarding syslog messages or not configured with logging

I know this is possible with SQL querry but I don't know the commands and syntax to used.
