So I was trying to write a report that would report circuits that needed to be upgraded. Sure I can look at charts manually the idea here is to produce an automated monthly report. Using average utilization does not work as during non business hours most circuits do nothing. I ended up writing a report that reported on total monthly discards as if you are discarding then you are most certainly oversubscribed.
But if we could get a canned report for utilization during business hours that would be AWESOME.
I am sure if I asked one of my DBAs to spend a good bit of time on the SW DB they could write this but the feature request is that it would be canned.
