On my dashboard (map) I have Grouped my remote sites based on their location. Some of these sites do not have 24/7 power from the national grid due to rationing. Hence the Group status always changes - e.g goes into 'WARNING' (Yellow) when a site experiences a power outage. I know the times that the outages usually occur. How can I setup an EXCEPTION so that the status change does not appear on my dashboard (map) whenever a site[s] suffesr an outage within the known time. I know how to suppress an email alert from firing within the known time but how can I do a similar suppression on the dashboard (map).
