Alert on Bandwidth Utilization

Looking to create an Alert on Bandwidth Utilization for an interface. I know how to create the alert to only do certain interfaces, But is there a way to alert on overall Bandwidth and not Send or Receive utilization? I saw the thresholds for Send threshold warning or critical and the Receive threshold for warning or critical. But I want overall. What field would I use under interfaces?

This is what i have for my interface utilization alert. I skipped the hard coded interface percentage and added the critical value reached variables. That allows me to set the warning/critical threshold values on a per node basis.

Also, one thing that is usually overlooked is the ability to set custom bandwidth per interface (just edit the interface). I've done this on all of my WAN interfaces since by default the utilization percentage is based off link negotiation speed, and my WAN isn't 1000Mb/s.

That is very helpful. Is it possible when the alert fires to show WHICH OR Statement has been met in the email alert?

Not that I know of, i just include the transmit and receive percent variables as well as the actual transmit/receive counters in the alert. That's usually been enough info for me.
