How do I get Version 8 - Maintenance till April 07

Hi all

I've been eagerly awaiting V8 of Orion... now it's here I'm perplexed on how to get hold of it. We have maintenance until April 2007 however when I login to the Customer site there's no option to download v8 or generate keys for v8. Not sure where to go from here??

Also we were running a BETA of the application monitor and alert manager to perform application alerting (ie is service x running on server y). Is this now integrated into Orion v8?

You have to call support and have your account changed to V8. That is what we had to do.

Keep in mind, last I was told was Wireless and Application monitors would not work with *current* V8. A new version will be out around the 12th to fix that.

I sent an email, and the account was updated with no problems. In the response I was told the add-ons will be avilable "during the week of Jan 12th". I'm not 100% sure what them means but it is nice to have a ETA.
