Orion NPM New Version 10

Hello Everybody good day,

I came to knew just now, release of NPM 10 if am not wrong.

But bit confused do we have to pay for this new version or we can Update free from our 9.5??

Our provisioning process is still running and should be completed today, our apologies for the delay. In the meantime if you have RC3 running, this was the GA build. If you don't have it and want it now feel free to PM me with you SWID or call customer support and they can get you the link to the GA build until accounts are fully provisioned.

If you have active maintenance on your current NPM software, then SolarWinds will automatically provision a v10 licence in the customer portal for you.

Still not yer mine Maintenance Expires on 8th March 2011, I am crossing my finger.

Dave is right if you have active maintenance then you will get v10. Check your customer portal in the morning, we are doing customer provisioning this evening of 10.
