trying to do an evaluation install. gots to end then comesup with message:

SolarWinds Orion NPM 9.5 Eval SP1

Unable to execute the required file: The following system error has occured:The system cannopt find the file specified, (3)

How can we get the install complete?

Its on Win2k3 server with SP2

any asuggestions?

If you're still having issues, please open a support ticket and enter Orion Evaluation in the SolarWinds Application field. An engineer will get back to you to work on your installation.

Are there any more details to which file cannot be found?

The solution to this can be found in knowledge base:

support.solarwinds.com/.../ProblemDetail.cfm

Note that you are looking for the exe that runs the install, most times it is named SolarWinds-Orion-9.5-<em>license</em>.exe/

It will be found in a sub-directory of the temp. For example you may need to go into ../temp/2/pb2 or a different directory.

Once you locate it, just double click the file to complete the install.
