Hi, I am adding a node and used polling method windows & Hyper-V servers: WMI & ICMP. I used the correct credentials but still the test is failing. Could someone help on this so that I could fix it.

Do you have multiple polling engines?
No, just one
I would recommend you check out network discovery. You can add known (tested) credentials for polling methods you normally use and allow it to test these credentials when it adds the nodes you specify.
Can your poller communicate to that node? check if your Local/Domain account haves Admin rights on that node.
As mentioned, obviously double check your credentials. If all ok, is there a firewall in the way or on the server itself?
Is the issue to this one node or are you unable to use these credentials to all of your Windows nodes
