Creating a Report from a Tabular UnDP

I downloaded the cdp neighbors tabular UnDP from the content exchange. It works great and I can see cdp neighbors under each of my nodes, node details page. What I need to do is take this information from all of the nodes and build a report to display this.

Is there a way to take the tabular UnDP and dump that information from all nodes to a report?

This report might help you:

Simply modify the UnDP name in the query with your CDP UnDP name and that should work.

I tried that, but when run I dont get any data in the report at all. below is what I am running as the Report:
