Hello all,
I am currently unable to re-mange nodes. When I select an Unmanaged node in 'Node Management' and click the 'Remanage' button, the page will refresh as if the change is taking place but the node will remain unmanaged. I have opened a support case with SW support - Case # 420057. SW support has replied to my case and asked me to a full repair on my installation of Orion. As I have moderate size implementation of Orion - primary poller, 4 additional polling servers, separate web console on a dedicated IIS server, and dedicated SQL server, this is not my first choice for resolution, as I will have to take down all my monitoring to perform the repair - at least while I repair the primary polling server...
I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this issue and what their resolution was to the issue...
I am currently running:
Orion Core 2012.1.1,
SAM 5.2.0,
NPM 10.3.1,
IVIM 1.4.0
As I stated I have dedicated SQL server with a separate web console.
