Showing HSRP in Network top 10

I want the nodes that show up as... I just want it to show the nodes when they actually have that changestate. Right now it is listing every node that I assigned it to but I just wnated it to pop up if they have a change kinda like how it shows nodes being down.  How would i go about this?

I do HSRP state change alerts, which do appear as active alerts on the homepage as you would expect. The bad aspect is that universal pollers only poll every 10 minutes.

I use the cHsrpGrpStandbyState OID, and have two custom properties: HSRP_Active_IP, which contains the normal active IP address, and HSRP_Standby_IP, which contains the normal standby IP. When these change, an alert becomes active. These are the two alerts that I use - they're custom SQL alerts for custom node pollers:
