Windows 2000 Service Monitoring

Hi,

is there anyway that Orion NPM can monitor windows 2000 services and send an alert when one goes down??

Any help would be much appreciated,

Sorry mate, you're out of luck on this one.

Orion was originally designed for monitoring networking
devices, not PC's or servers. There have been requests for
monitoring TCP ports/services on devices, but monitoring whether
a service is actually running on a Win2k OS goes beyond the
intent of this software (it would be nice to have though).
