Nodes added on NMS is showing there Response time = 0 ms , i had deleted node and after adding it again same issue occur.
following steps had been taken but issue still not resolved.
Run config wizard
Repair core Services.
Repair Collector.
Are you using the agent to monitor these nodes? I would expect the localhost response times to be extremely fast under most circumstances. Also, looking at your screenshot I see that it looks like it is showing a range of values for that DLS node, I suspect this may just be a rounding issue, as in the responsetimes are very fast so they show as 0 instead of 0.000234 or whatever.

I don't believe that there is really an issue to resolve, the response times are just very fast. Are you hoping to see something slower?
my nms server which is also added as node also showing same issue.
Same issue here, but just for one node. For other nodes Orion is quite capable of showing response times below 1 ms instead of flat zero. I tried SNMP for status and response time polling although not recommended. It returned more sensible results.
