Outage Duration Resource

I am looking for a resource where I could list the down devices and the duration they have been down on a NOC view. 

I found the following thread which looks to be exactly what I'm looking for:

Current Outage Duration for Down Nodes SQL query stopped working after upgrading to NPM 11.5.2

However it is pretty old and I'd rather now thread hijack.  It would appear as if possibly platform changes no longer allow that to work. 

Does anyone have a resource that will let me do something like this:

I also forgot to post I'd like to do same thing for a interface resource as well, not just node down resource.
