Unable to poll CPU and memory of Netscreen

I am unable to poll the cpu and memory of my Juniper netscreen firewalls. However the intefaces are listed and polled correctly.

The CPU and memory are not even listed in the list resources while polling.

I have also tired using the UNDP with the following OIDs
1.3.6.1.4.1.12532.10 for CPU Utilization

1.3.6.1.4.1.12532.11 for Memory

However whenever i try to assign the poller to my device it gives an error "Could not connect to Jobscheduler after 3 retries"

The jobschedular services are up and working fine. Have even rebooted the poller and the server the issue remains the same.

I am running NPM 9.1 with SP5

I have netscreen firewalls and UnDP cpu/memory without issue. Sounds like you have some other issue going on with your Orion install.

can you please share the UnDP you are using to poll the CPU and memory of Netscreen firewalls
