MESSAGE PATTERN filter for Orion's SYSLOG view - Can you filter to exclude a string?

I have a ton of certain syslog messages which I need to filter on.

For instance, I'm looking for all syslogs with "*c:\myfiles\myfolder\* (this works) but I need to exclude any syslog messages with string called "*desktop.ini*"
