V9 Header Logo

I'm not sure if anyone else sees this or not. With the install of V9 and subsequent repairs done the header logo reverts back to V8.5 days. There is a Solarwinds.logo.jpg in the Inetpub\Solarwinds\NetPerfMon\Images directory that's the old logo (top). There is a Solarwinds.logo.gif that's the V9 logo (bottom). If you delete the .jpg and rename the .gif to .jpg you'll get the new logo on the header.

Good catch. I see this as well. BTW, you could've simply specified the "Solarwinds.logo.gif" as the header under the Web Console Settings. Without needing to delete the "Solarwinds.logo.jpg" file.

I noticed this as well, and edited the new Orion logo with paint and put my companys name in place. Looks great! I have a question though. I noticed in version 9 you can put in a wall of text of HTML under the login screen. i would like to put a big complany logo there. Any suggestions?
When editing the web console settings it only allowd text and html, I can not just paste my jpeg there.

Denny, unless this feature was taken away in v9 SP2, JPEG files seem to be accepted.

Mike, you simply have to copy the image you want to the Orion web server (probably into the "images" folder off of the root) and then use the following to specify the logo on the login page.
