Remove of dropdown menu choices (date ranges)

I have a question for the NPM gurus. Is there a way to remove certain entries in the drop down menu below. I am looking to remove -

"this year"

"last 12 months"

I cannot figure out how to get them removed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
