Our CISCO CRS8S is not reporting correct memory utilization in solarwinds

Based on solarwinds it shows that the memory already in critical status 93% but verifying on the device memory is in normal state. Any one can help me to resolved this.

Its probebly that the CRS is not using the same mibs to mem that a "normal cisco use.

in your NPM server

C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion ->PollerChecker

PollerChecker is a tool that can tell you why or what MIBS OID your cisco is not using ...

Tried this but still not working. And also i've replaced the pollers based on the recommended but same issue encountered.

The poller checker should tell you if solarwinds poller those OID you need to get the memory stat from the router.

If its not and that CRS is using other OID you can use

yourserver/Orion/DeviceStudio/Admin/ManageDevicePollers.aspx and make your own poller to that.
