Ideas on why BW util graph isn't working?

Working on a clean up project, all the site routers weren't reporting on proper BW for wan interface links, so cleaning it up and the "Current Percent Utilization of Each Interface" looks good now for the WAN link and actually shows a percentage!

However, it has been over 40min now and the Graph for Min/Max/Avg bits per second isn't showing anything still?? Ideas?

In the graph area, click Edit top right. I then played around with different settings for Time Period, and Sample Interval. I got it to work with a specific setting under the node and also in the interface graph views.

I also had to uncheck the show 95th Percentile Box.

Since the interface was reporting on the line speed (100mb) instead of the actual BW, I did a custom BW for the T1 of 1.5mb. It has been over 20min now since that and still no graph.

I edited the resource to Time Period:

Default Zoom Range: last hour

Amount of historical data to load: Last 1 Day

Sample interval: Every 1 minute
