What happened to NPM 9.1 - SP3?

There is a previous post that mentioned it's availability. I tried to download it from www.solarwinds.com/.../, but the ftp directories are empty.

We are experiencing some errors that I hope are addressed by this service pack.

SP3 hasn't been pulled. It's available here -> ftp://ftp.solarwinds.net/Orion/ServicePack/Orion9.1-SP3.zip
