Hi,
I am trying a simple alert that when one of the power supplies in a cisco chassis fail or change state that we get an email alert for our high priority devices.
The attached image shows what i have tried. What am I missing.

These two condition looks odd to me
Priority is equal to High
Status is not equal to normal
You may try to delete 1 after another to test which condition is not valid
