Best practices for SQL

Just curious for those running larger environments with a SQL cluster.  What have you found to be the max IOPS, IOsize, read v write, and tolerable latency for the SQL cluster you are running for Orion to still be running optimally?

That is too vague of a question.  Different variables come into play such as memory amt, disk quality (san or local) , # of transactions.
