UnDP Multiple Data-Points in One Graph

I was curious if it is possible to get multiple data-points collected using the UnDP in one graph if the data is from different SNMP tables or even from different transformed results?

As an example; I have several different data-points related to jitter on my routers that I am getting via Transformed Results in the UnDP and I would like to display those results together as different lines in a single graph, is that possible?
