Hi,
We encountered 100% CPU utilization in one of our Polling Engine.
We check the task manager and Job Engine Workerv3 contribute a very high response.
Tshoot done:
1. We do this already: Re: High CPU usage on Solarwinds server, Solarwinds Information Service V3 using 100% CPU, empty groups.
2. Start and Stop services
3. Restart the server

How's the polling interval going?
And if you're already on Core 2015.1.x, have you tried applying the Orion Core HF6?
Try going for Orion platform 6 if possible.. It has resolved many issues specially with respect to high CPU and MEM utilization.
I mean hotfix 6

This could also be due to low specifications on the actual system . See minim requirements for APE hardware .

Already resolved.
See below work around
- stopped all services
- Disable UAC, run comparability test - repair JE1 - replace JE2 and collecter Sdf. - uninstall and reinstall JE1. - Start all services, ensure PE up and running - monitored CPU for 10 mins seems ok.
