Test Alerts not working in Advance Alerts for NPM version 8.1

We upgraded to Orion NPM 8.1v and it seems like the Test Alerts is not working in advance alerts. Once I click on test alerts, I just get an hour glass with nothing happening. Are other people having similar issue?
