We used to be able to insert a banner (colored stripe)at the top and bottom of the NPM / APM website leveraging the masterpage.master file for NPM and orionMasterPage.master for APM. Our custom banner would appear on each page by inserting <center><dev>stuff</dev></center> right after the <body> and again right before </body> in said pages. On Friday we upgraded to 10.2.2; however, with the master pages being asp, it appears that we lost this capability. Please advise as to how to get back the color stripe across the top and bottom of all pages in the NPM/APM web portal.
