I am not able to understand the logic of this graph . Graph shows the Top VM in using 40% of Mem Consumption is the lowest in my ESX . I think this graph should be in the line like Multiple Interface Chart.

I don't see the memory info from the top screenshot, but in ours it is an additive view in the chart.
You can see the Mem utilization screen from ESX shows the status of each VM . Orion is generating the graph based on the above info.

Orion is showing its using 45% in Green graph which is wrong logic.

It's additive. Since we are looking at an ESX host and how much memory each ESX guest is using in respect to the total available on the host.
So total between the three guest it is using 45% of the memory available for the ESX host.
So the guest VM which corresponds to the green color is using at max 5% of the memory available on the ESX host.
