Unmanaged or Muted Interfaces

I'm looking for a dashboard widget (preferred) or a custom report that I can use to view interfaces that are unmanaged or muted. I've done some searching here already and found a few reports, but they don't quite have what I'm looking for:

List only individual interfaces, exclude interfaces that are unmanaged due to the parent node being unmanaged
Both Unmanaged and Muted
Include to/from info
Include user who performed action

If anyone could help with this, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks! I was actually in this exact thread just 30 minutes ago and pulled the unmanaged NODES query from it, but didn't scroll far enough to see that someone had converted it to work for INTERFACES too! I'm having a bit of difficulty getting it to actually return any results, but I'll hash that out in the other thread.

I have it working in my test environment so I'll head over and see what the issue is
