We have the following SW products: Orion NPM / Toolset
I get requests quite often from applicaiton developers that their app is running slow at a particular remote location. Most of the time experience tells me it is user's abusing the Internet....however I can't say that w/out proving it to them. Is there any way with the above products I can prove my case if so how and with what tool setup?
Also, note one constraint in my environment is we only manage layer 2 devices and NPM is set to monitor the uplink port on our switches to the routers since all traffic has to go thru that port anyway. We do have snmp read only into the routers.
