Importing MIBs

I submitted a ticket last week about a problem I was having importing some MIBs for a Leibert series 600. I received a lovely response from SW saying that MIB importing does not work with Orion. Question, why is this feature included in the program as well as in the sales documentation if IT DOESN'T WORK. Come on guys, you can do better than that! Anyone else have this problem or found a workaround?
